I think you typically do post facts. But as this exchange points out, you've reinforced your opinion of my posting and assigned some kind of secret gang driven agenda based in part on a "coincidence" that never occurred.

And you again are excusing the behavior of those who control your investement, and instead complaining about someone who has tried to convince the company to improve their communication methods and style (and before you jump on me, I've taken those arguments many, many times DIRECTLY to the company, and received resistance in return, and only brought them here after the fact to show the board).

And the issue I made here was one of exactly that. Go back and rerea my posts of the time. You'll see that my complaint wasn't of the hire, or even the reason for the hire, but the communication of the hire. It left investors with the inability to research the hired gun, and left open the appearance that something was less on the up and up than it should have been. It wasn't until the company refused to clarify direct questions that I made an "issue" about it, as you like to disparagingly characterize it.

Turns out, those who thought Baroni's hire might have something to do with selling PDSG was out of the question back then, when I brought it up, weren't so correct afterall, now were they. I was interested in trying to research Baroni in this regard, and thus wanted to understand Baroni Management Company LLC more than a PR with false information allowed me to do.
