An excerpt from Deb's email from Gloria....

Do you think the BoD or its members would have this type of passion for turning this around if the shareholders had just accepted like sheep the companies 'apparent' dismal performance? Do you believe that the major complaining on this forum (we know they monitor it, and probably have representation on it) along with investors contacting the company directly to voice their displeasure has had an influence on the BoD member who is quoted above and her obvious desire to attempt to do the right thing?? If the BoD membership can not or will not be allowed to be turned over (short of them resigning), then it is IMO imparative to continue to hold their feet to the flame.. better yet, in the flame, to make sure the above sentiment remains strong and doesn't become so much lip service...

Some have spent their own money to try to do something.. some can only voice their displeasure.. others do nothing and hope...

For those who believe the ridiculing of the BoD has negatively affected the shareprice.. I ask you to what extent... 10%? 25%... So we would be trading at 17 cents? If it has actually, then again IMO it is worth it in the longrun (and quite possibly imparitive) if it makes them work their asses off to get this right, make sure they feel responsible/answerable.... because as some forum members articulate.. there is probably very little chance of getting them off the BoD...
