It has now been over four weeks since the Henneman transmittal on the '336 (3/2/10). That transmittal suggests that the current re-exam should be terminated, and appears to provide all necessary justification for such action.

It has now been over five weeks since "Ready for Examiner Action" (2/23/10).

Is an initial OA "supposed to be" issued within six weeks of the latter?

Just a tad bit frustrated.....
