A simple statement, by Brian, stating that he was not a lawyer, on this forum, would not only have corrected any mistaken PR but also give credence as to integrity, contrary to the WIPO findings.

What I found most disconcerting about the whole matter was once in place, without a shareholder consultation, there was absolutely no way to affirm that role on an annual basis, unlike the BoD which have to seek reelection.

As to being representative of all shareholders, where were the requests for concerns felt by shareholders to present to the incumbent BoD? I saw none.
