You seem to forget the whole Baroni Management Company LLC from "Potomac, MD" issue. PTSC was made aware that there is NO such company in MD. It actually hails from Virginia. That's where it is licensed to do business. Despite that, no correction was ever issued or acknowledged by PTSC. Yet you remain convinced the fault lies outside of the company on this PR, even in light of the post Brian made.

What would I have done? I would have made efforts to change the company for the better, as much as my position would have allowed me to do, and in accordance with the views I had communicated over time, and after some effort to do so and in the realization that they would not, I would have resigned my position so that I would be free to act as I saw fit outside the limitations of that position.
