Ya see, there's this thing called the MMP which is PTSC's bread and butter for revenues, but they have relatively no control of anything associated with its management, or external influencing factors that may affect its ability to generate revenues.

You like to dwell on history and numbers. Do some research. Compare the PPS at various times with the status of the MMP/litigation/licensing/PTO at those times. You might see an interesting correlation.
