You must learn to read and understand. The PR did NOT state that he was "a representative for shareholders" as you state. It says he is the first "shareholder representative", (SINGULAR). Despite what you WANT it to mean, what that means as written is that he is a representative to the advisory board that is a shareholder. If it meant what you WANT it to mean, it would have been written as "shareholders' representative".

Pohl asso states in the PR that he is the FIRST shareholder representative, implying that there will be more to come. He also states "In order to have the benefit of input from the perspective of our shareholders, we are initiating a new policy of having a (SINGULAR AGAIN) shareholder representative occupy one of the seats on the Advisory Board." This indicates that they have created this position to allow the perspective of shareholders, the plural coming from the first and the second, and the third, etc., not from simply the first representative. If Brian took others' views into account in providing advice, then he should be commended for doing so, IMO.

As for spinning the BOD issues, WE investeors are the ones that have been spun 360 degrees back to the 14 cents that we were trading at PRIOR to the master agreement. It hasn't been from people here on this board, or even the Advisory Board, but from the planning and perrformance of the Directors and the Management team at PTSC who have been utterly unsuccessful in creating any return on our investements despite over $130M in revenue since that time. I understand why you're not buying PTSC, but if you don't own it, I wonder why you post here.
