Given that there was a contract btw. PTSC and Agora at one point and that Agora is now being investigated is "the justified reason" that the BoD should/could require SEC to review the trading patterns on this stock. IMHO, Agora has nothing to do with our s/p nor has ever had people post here to p&d. My thoughts are that IF the BoD used this time to seek an investigation, it MIGHT reveal the TRUE culprits (which I have always thought could be the J3). Anyway, hope to see something from the USPTO sometime this week and our report is due day after tomorrow. GL, ads
