Specifically:

Based on personal experience (years of performing eDiscovery with legal firms for lawsuits), I am inclined to believe that Agoracom has already been issued a mandated "Legal Hold" or preservation of electronic records for the court/plaintiffs review. This means that posts, IM's, aliases, IP's, everything must be retained and reviewed. Folks, before you panic and start deleting IM's, trust me...backups were obtained and you are too late. LOL
