We were all expecting much more from the J's than what we got. If I am not mistaken there was a reexam request by the J's granted ( or was it submitted) in Oct 2007 which may have initiated our tendancy to a settlement with them. We may have felt that it was going to take longer than we were prepared, or able to afford.IMO
