If he had said "I don't necessarily share this sentiment", or anything along those lines, you might have a valid argument. He didn't, you don't.

As for Agoracom's issues with the OSC, IMO it doesn't effect this particular forum. However, I welcome a thorough review because of the other manipulation it may reveal, as well as who is using multiple aliases here.
