1. It says "productive" license activity.

2. TPL is obligated by agreement to "commercialize" the patents.

3. While "productive" (based on historical average fees or better) licensing may have reached a lull, though considering last quarter PRODUCED $1.8M in fees, it hasn't CEASED. If dollars in exchange for license is not commercialization, then you can please show us the correct definition.

4. That being said, "productive licensing activity" may resume if and when the '336 emerges from the USPTO.....at least if we are to believe your posting history.
