How you jump(spin)from the possibility that TPL might not be in full compliance with the Master Agreement to asserting that I somehow mean that implies PTSC is potentially in the process of gaining 100% control of the MMP is truly reflective of a spinmeister.

The only possible way for that to happen is by Moore directly assigning his rights to PTSC.

If you really want to be of service to investors, I suggest you explain what happens in the event of termination of the Master Agreement with respect to licensing.
