"Just who do you think shares in the expense of that via PDS ?"

To be perfectly honest I have not been able to accurately decifer what expenses are, and are not paid by PDS. If I could I wouldn't need an accountant or a lawyer. I only know that I pay them out of one pocket while they steal from the other.
