I looked back over my notes from the SHM. I also reread what I posted concerning the event. With the latest revelations from the filings I am troubled by some issues. First I asked the Board what the 950K loan to TPL was to be used for. The answer was for MMP activities. I asked if TPL could pay it back. Gloria answered by saying that from what she saw at TPL that they could repay the note. I next asked both the Board and Dan if TPL was financially viable to continue the MMP program. The answer from Dan, Gloria, and CJ was that they are. I am trouble then to read that PTSC loaned 1M unsecured (at least they were smart enough to secure the first loan) to TPL. It seems to me that a light should have gone off in someones head that would say "gee we probalbly should secure this one because it looks like TPL is having financial trouble". I wonder if they lied during the SHM. I wonder if they are just to stupid to understand what TPL may have shown them or that they were shown data that was fraudulant. If you happened to be at the SHM, and remember my asking those questions and getting a response to them, would you PM me with your recollection. I will be exploring remedies to lies that may have occured during the SHM. Intentionally misleading shareholders is something that cannot be tolerated and must have consequences.
