It's not a buying opportunity, so quit selling that load of crap. Secondly the Master Agreement won't allow for the things you are discussing. TPL has certain % obligations that must be met concerning licensing activity, otherwise, they are subject to loosing their status as the exclusive licensing arm of the MMP. People seem to forget that only two parties own the MMP, Charles Moore and Patriot Scientific. TPL is nothing more than the licensing arm of the portfolio. The primarry concern, IMO, is that TPL possesses all the relevant reversed engineering data and expert employees. I do not believe that PTSC could afford to "start over". I also have very strong doubts about their ability to out right buy the data and employees from TPL. Once again we find ourselves in a precarious situation. I have to believe that all parties involved know this must be worked out. The irony of this situation is most unbelievable. The one entity in the whole formula most likely to fail is actually the one who appears to be in the best position financially, PTSC. The flip side of that is simple, they don't have the necessary financial strength to go it alone, IMO. I posted back in February that the upcoming Q was very important, IMO. You had several posters suggest it wasn't nearly as important as the Q following the pending '336 revalidation. I didn't feel that was the case. This Q really had important information because we had substantial licensing activity. Not to mention I had become alarmed by some of the things Moore was saying on his blog. It turns out he isn't as crazy as people would have you believe.
