Yes, Bosocker we can get a break if the BOD and Mr. Flowers go after TPL and get them back on track. This is the major problem we face that needs to be corrected now not later.

There were several companies that signed up for the MMP recently including CAT, a DOW30 and this should continue if TPL is doing their job. Maybe their hope(TPL) is for PTSC to go away and they can get the hundreds of millions in licenses all to themselves. Why split when you can have the whole enchilada. This is kind of the reverse of what some were intimating that we could end up with the MMP by advancing money to them. I don't think anyone in TPL/Alliasense are going to give up what they have and they will be glad to see PTSC fail so they can have more of the pie.

If PTSC gets control over the actions of TPL and begins to act as a more active partner things will change. PTSC is being held hostage by its partner TPL. This must be reversed. The sooner the better. For those with nerves of steel, this is a buying opportunity.
