First of all, I was responding to the post below. The implication being that TPL can just move us to the side without consequence. I don't think the Master Agreement works that easily.

"Maybe their hope(TPL) is for PTSC to go away and they can get the hundreds of millions in licenses all to themselves. Why split when you can have the whole enchilada."

Second off, how do you equate the right to distribute with "ownership"? I certainly wasn't aware that when the owner agrees to an exclusive marketing contract, they surrendered their ownership? Charles Moore is currently disputing Leckrones claims. If this thing falls apart do you think potential infringers will license from TPL exclusively, assuming Moore and PTSC walk away? I dont' think so. This is a Utopian situation for infringers. Just sit back and watch the MMP owners and licensor cannabilize one another.

Thirdly, have you seen anything in writing that gives Patriot Scientific 50% ownership of all work generated by Alliacense? If so, please point me to it. As an investor I find that information very important.

Fourth, where did I say the parties would throw their hands up and walk away? I said quite the opposite.

"I have to believe that all parties involved know this must be worked out."

Finally, I never addressed the '336 issue. I said this Q was just as important as any before it. I dismissed the notion that this Q paled in comparison to the one that will follow a '336 recert. And my reasoning was simple, we needed to see the dollars with the last round of signing. That's why I felt the latest Q was so important. It finally gave us a chance to see what Alliacense meant a few months ago when they stated licenses had become to expensive for some.

You need to get off your high horse. At least I'm still choking on the same shares I bought 4+ years ago. No one potentially committed more damage to this S/P than the day you revealed your sales. I've never said a word even though I found your motives for disclosure, very suspect. Exactly how did you think investors would react when a supposed long, such as yourself, revealed your sale? As far as I'm concerned your "simple" disclosure did more damage than all of Eases post combined. He's just pissed, as are many of us. Your revelation that day was a whole different enchilada. Teapot calling the kettle black, eh?
