My proposition is as follows:

"Okay everybody, Wolf and I (I believe) have mutually agreed to stop performing as Hub Leaders, and further, to stop reporting any posts for any reason. This includes cessation of deleting posts by those ranked lower than VP.

Compliance with the latter item is purely on the "honor system", as there is no visibility system that I am aware of regarding such actions. So, henceforth, posters of rank lower than VP who see their posts deleted should follow-up and advise. And whoever did delete the post should fess up.

Wolf, if you indeed agree to the above, please advise and it'll be a done deal."

As for your desire to have EVERYONE stop reporting violations, I suppose it is possible, but impractical. The problems I see don't have to do with "Everyone", they have to do with Wolf and me (in response to Wolf). I very much appreciate your potential cooperation by possibly joining in this agreement. But, IMO, unless the agreement goes the whole nine yards, it is somewhat a waste of time. Manipulation will still be possible, and probable.

As for your concern about defending yourself against negative posts directed at you, why can't you accept the situation that every non-Hub Leader has to contend with? Is that really fair to all other members? Why can't you simply have faith in responsible Hub Leaders to do the right thing? EVERYONE else is forced to, including myself until recently.

Please advise (tonight or when ever).
