Before the Q we Lecky was in dire need of cash.... (we loaned him money @ 10%..(I can find finiacing for business's @ 8%... which tells me we niw it was a risk....)

After the Q we know Lecky needs cash....

Before the Q the our asset stood @ 22 million

After the Q the our asset stood @ 21 million (our acutual cash flow shrunk by 150,000) ..
