reading this board the last couple days i´m still wondering about the bickerings

of violation reports (who had be to removed or not) and shareholder representative.

the first i (!) believe has to be done by pm, the second : I´m and you not able to turn

the clock back; it´s happen, that´s it.

i believe that´s not the real problems here.

everybody invested here expect to earn money and not to loose. a lot of yours

are invested for a long time, means years, me too, and not a low invest.

so , how to protect the invest ? here are some questions which i believe has to

answer and give all the shareholders here a clear mind :

1 who has elect the BoD ?

2. when was the BoD elect ?

3. at which date the election will finish ? (I didn´t believe the BoD will be irredeemable)

4. how many percentage/shares will be necessary to install a extraordin. shm ?

5. which people are to elect (altern.BoD) if (!) the trust in the existing BoD will

finish forever, regarding less openness ?

6. how many shares belonging to the guys on this board ? (approx.)

7. who has good connection with or to other shareholders like stan kaplan ?

8. will it be possible to act in concert ?

as an oversea-shareholder I´m not so deeply knowing the shareholder-rules, but

i´m sure there will be a shareholder-association which will may be able to help us

in questions and also possible solutions knowing of similar causes.

please stop the war against each other. it makes no sense. we are all here to earn

money (i believe) not to fight each other. therefore still stand together and take your

power to real act´s.

I believe waiting until final may to expect that gloria will changing the pp - is one

solution. the other one showing everybody our power to act (not to react) ;

this will bring some pressure on the guys at ptsc, noticing that there is something

really happen, not whining, bickering etc.
