i agree with you that at least the complainings didn´t help, until we not able
to act on our behalf.
there is also no guarantee that the new people will do it better; but in case you
trust the current BoD it will work as usual (means not in our - shareholder - favour).
only the question : " do we trust the current BoD...... " implicid that we didn´t trust.
in my view the first solution will be an extraord. shm ruled by the shareholder,
including an extensive question-catalogue. if and only if the BoD will given
answers with following consequences which will in favour to the shareholder
community we can go with rhe current BoD.
if this is niot working we have to find another solution.
therefore i have asked yesterday eveneing some questions which - I think - will be
helpful in all ways. knowing which will our possibilities will at least helpful.
using therefore (only in addition) the knowledge of an shareholder-association
will be not the worst.
we have to act now !! ....... including let the company now that that the shareholders
stands together. ........ stop the fighting each other and step back to the
real problems.
