Items that can and should be done immediately by this board or a new one that can be assembled as Ron has directed by assembling a plan for immediate implementation if needed.

For several reasons I will not get into specifics as I am unable at this time but I will leave it up to those Agora members who I trust and know to speak for me but I would like to state a few of the items I think we need as shareholders and in a plan for the future.....

Transparency - into what is actually the situation with TPL.

Names of potential Board Members ready to go of a plan is implemented. I have in the past suggested Ron as one but as he cannot take the time at this life juncture I would certainly like to see Brian on the board not only for his experience with what has already occurred over the years (we do not want to repeat mistakes) but for his dedication and the fact he is one of our largest shareholders and is a businessman and investor with a very large vested interest. There are other posters I would suggest but like I said I am keeping this short and I am sure I have already opened a can of worms.

An immediate look into our cash flow drain and stopping or slowing it down where possible.

No more "loans" to TPL without TPL giving up some of the onerous conditions it put upon us in the MA

Transparency in to where exactly we are with suits, internal actions, etc with infringers. To my knowledge we have not had a real update on this matter from TPL for a long time (this is one of those items I would like to see changed - TPL controlling what we can and cannot hear from our publicly traded publicly owned company). I do not need to know who we are suing or in final negotiations with or who we have decided to not go after but I do want to know where we are with the 100's of infringers we have heard about over the years.

I could go on but I will leave it for others to critique what I have written and quite possible tear it apart but at least I hope this can lead to positive thoughts on what we as shareholders should be doing besides using this board to vent our anger. Venting anger gets us nowhere but it does make the PTSC Bod happy as we are not doing anything positive to change their position or actions in relationship to our company.

God Bless
