(I can´t / didn´t believe the BoD will be irredeemable )

4. How many percentage/shares will be necessary to install a extraordinary shm ?

5. Which people are to elect (as alternative BoD-member ) if (!) the trust in the

existing BoD will finish forever, regarding less openness ?

6. How many shares belonging to the guys on this board ? (approx.)

member kiddtrader announced weeks ago somewhat like 10 millions shares

(36 posters say they own 250 K or more .......)

7. Who has good connection with or to other shareholders like stan kaplan ?

8. Will it be possible to act in concert ?

we need to have transperancy as marc has written. if and only if this transparency

will given to us, let the BoD working. up to now i have to believe there are lot

of doubts.

further i like to know who was it possible that the BoD receive their exculpation ??????

during the last shm, knowing that at least only a few shareholder are present

during the shm ????

who is knowing exact figures ?
