Pretty amazing that a loan is made, ostensibly under the firm belief it would be repaid, and not less than three months later it is deemed uncollectible to such an extent that a suit has to be filed.

Then again, it shouldn't be amazing; it is par for the course with this BoD, but nonetheless stunning.
