Those are valid questions. My assumption has always been TPL since they are responsible for all communication with the USPTO. They are typically listed as the first defendant in the Pacer filings. Your last question is very important, IMO. Does TPL have the liquidity to move forward in CA? Shouldn't PTSC have some obligation to let shareholders know where the litigation now stands?
