talk with CM. Filing the complaint was a pretty bold move--sure makes me wonder what could be up. IMHO, they would not have made the move unless something significant was about to change. 1M is not that much to argue about unless TPL is going bankrupt or has sold their co. and no longer wish to deal with the MMP. I hope that our BoD is in close contact with the PTO and are not relying on TPL to bring them news/updates. GL, ads
