Believe me no genius intended for either person. I am hopeful that Flowers is reasonable and has some concern for the shareholder. I am just happy to see they did what they said they would do, resolve the situation instead of cowering in a corner afraid of what Leckrone was going to do to them next which could have been the scene previiously although this too is all conjecture.

How could they not be involved in the decision to file against TPL? I would have thought , based on the Q that they were the ones that were the ones looking for a rapid resolution?

I also like my coffee black with no sugar but prefer a full cup instead of half a cup, lol.
