IF IF IF IF IF PTSC get to own 100% of the MMP for this $2m.

This might be a little difficult considering TPL dosn't own the other half of the patents. Chuck Moore is the co owner with PTSC. What may happen if TPL lacks funding to proceed is that Moore and PTSC select another company to pick up the licensing effort.
