Good questions. I agree with the plush offices although I have never visited so I cannot attest to how plush they are. Is Flowers concerned about the burn rate? From the way he writes I think he is.

I do however,feel they need to go after TPL if they are not living up to agreements that they made to them but they should have gone after them initially the same way Swartz went after PTSC demanding a pound of flesh so to speak. Which of course he got. This is the time we needed Swartz on our side.

I guarantee with no hesitancy that Leckrone, if the situation was reversed, would demand more than PTSC could afford to get this loan. It would definitely be Swartz like.
