The 5 emotional stages of Loss
1. Denial and Isolation.
2. Anger.
3. Bargaining.
4. Depression.
5. Acceptance.
Personally, I think I may be at 5 today - volume since the Q and K would suggest that I'm not alone.
What comes after 5...? Maybe you have an opinion..?
