I don't believe TPL "owns" those other patent portfolios. They are representing the companies/people that do own them for a fee/split of the action.

I'd much rather see PTSC pick up a greater interest in PDS (controlling interest) than go off buying more potential risk, and further involvement with TPL. I don't know if such is even in the offing.....
