PTO will announce recert, when the new examiner verifies that the work of the previous examiner is accurate. How long this takes depends on the speed that the examiner is able to work at. Can political pressure be placed on expediting? Possibly. Could it be done tomorrow, probably not. Could it be done a month from now? maybe. It depends on the urgency and expertise of the examiner.

Also, this is the reason Tucci is hitting the Heavy Bag. It may be my action next as well.
