Ill admit that things have looked a tad bleak lately. That sound you may have heard has been me puking in the bathroom. But I continue to maintain that as long as the 336 is recerted this recent "misunderstanding" of where our million dollars are will be cleared up in short order. TPL will get back to doing business for the simple reason that theres money to be made and I would think thats going to get easier and easier once the question of patent validity is "finally"(?) answered. I would be suprised if they have stopped working on lisences because were calling in their loan. The only hindrance is if they are really really out of money and cant work. Considering the MA that actually may be better for ptsc in the long run but not in short run.

The recert isnt a magic bullet but if the uspto validates this with strong language I believe that this maybe the last major hurdle.

Of course this all sounds hauntingly familiar. Which is why Ive been working out on the heavy bag. Holidays at the tucci household may get interesting.

And to prove how screwed up I really am Ive been buying at this level.
