Your right, there's more to this. Why fight over a measly $1,000,000?.....to get the share price as low as possible for all the infringers out there on notice so as they can pick up cheap shares to help pay for their licences. Time is running out and the bad news blitz is on IMHO.

The '336 along with each of the MMP patents had OA's & responses coming out every two months (more or less) in 2009 and the frequency has been unusually slow since January. I bet the insiders know why, since at this late stage of the reex game most of the questions have been addressed. Corrections welcomed.
