The certainty in this situation is it is one of two decisions from PTO - Yes or No.

The longer it goes on then the erosion of share price is inevitable so it is an opportunity to buy for those who believe the odds are on PTSC side. Do I know the answers and can predict the future, certainly not. Is this a gamble, yes and I'm happy to have a pile stacked on PTSC as the return currently is at least 20 to 1 on a favourable response. That is worth the gamble and will be worth it for the long wait!!

Just my thoughts and opinions
