they could also just cliam that their products do not infringe against our patents or to a lesser extent then we may think so..it would then divert to our ability to show them that their products do infringe (what TPL brings to the table)..what we have going for us is that we have managed to convince some rather big players that they in fact have done so..I do not believe that all of those big companies just paid up because they considered it a "nuisance fee" as many here have conjectured versus the cost of a lawsuit..some companies have a scortched earth policy in this regard..even if may end up costing them more in the end..

The next time we loan TPL any money..we should demand their infringement model / technology / product infringement databases etc. as collateral..

The TPL suit is troubling..but I agree that some of that may fall by the way side if the USPTO decison goes our way..hopefully the current lawsuits will quickly settle and fall by the way side as well..

I hope that the TPL suit does not become something more protracted that sucks more of our money away..boy, you have to be one patient SOB as an investor with this company..
