I find it interesting that Moore claims sole credit for the SH-Boom chip. If that is truly the case, how did it come about to be a PTSC trademarked product (PSC1000=SHBoom)? And why isn't Fish going after Moore for this (IMO) mis-representation?

And I agree, any work done while he was affiliated with TPL, or just funded by TPL, is owned by TPL, all or in part. While I don't particularly care for Lecky, it appears that (IMO) Moore is more the culprit. Where did TPL's money go? Intellysis? Who was basically running Intellysis, spending money? Lecky the lawyer or Moore the chip designer? And then Moore spins off into Greenarrays (probably when Lecky acted to stop the bleeding of Intellysis)?

I'm open to correction, as I haven't followed these events all that closely.
