Why do people keep saying licensing is at a standstill? Well, yes it is (obviously - no fresh announcements), but the statement suggests that licensing is not being pursued due to PDS funding issues. This is not what is said in the 10Q or associated PR.

Actually, IMO, the reason for no new licenses is pretty simple. They are waiting for the same thing everyone here is waiting for, that being positive PTO action on the '336 (and/or others). Better stated, perhaps, potential licensees are waiting for this event to justify the expense (at a probable currently-higher license fee).
