In case it is unclear, it wasn't PTSC's choice, necessarily, to "unify" with TPL. Moore made the choice to go with TPL years prior. Thus, PTSC had no choice BUT to work with TPL (Moore's agent, essentially). Further, TPL already had the infrastructure in place to perform all actions towards commercialization of the MMP via what became Alliacense.
