And this brings another point. PTSC should be entitled to half of whatever benefits were negotiated between Moore and Intel. If there was an up front licensing fee, PTSC should get half (plus half of royalties). Seems to me that this is the ``worst case`` scenario; PTSC gets half of whatever Moore negotiated (worst case being that the courts conclude shared patent ownership, because I don`t think Moore has a chance of proving sole ownership). Help me if I`m wrong!
