Assuming that the statement with respect to contents and confidentiality is correct, does that mean all confidential material is typically placed under seal? I don't think that is the case. Is HTC is asking for more than what is allowed?
Obviously, inclusion of Dan Leckrone in the motion to prohibit contact is asking for more than what the rule allows.
