Is HTC acting in desperation?

Maybe,maybe not. I hope that is the case. Why does anyone here trust that Leckrone is doing what is best for PTSC and not just himself? He does owe us 2 million dollars.

Apparently he did something outrageous enough for the opposing attorney to ask the judge to intervine. This same judge intervined before against PTSC and disqualified our attorney in the patent ownership case. It just seems to me that Leckrone should be following the rules now when everything seems to be at a critical stage - not breaking them. Is it just lawyer games? Who knows?
