If I had any concerns about the BoD, as continually alleged by the beraters, I would not be sitting at my keyboard awaiting the actions of others.

If you care to check, you will find that I have stated what I will do, in the Delaware Chancery Court, should there be an offer for the patents which I believe is not a fair value.
