Thank you for taking the time to write a lengthy response which, unfortunately for me at least, adds nothing to what has already been suggested.

For example, there was the list of shareholder names and holdings compiled by yourself for the previous letter you sent on their behalf to the BoD. There were many public offers of financial donations on here to fund the "war chest" yet, given the then pledges, the BoD remains in place.

When it comes to actually parting with hard cash, I find these two statements most telling:

I am a longtime partner in my law firm, where I am fortunate to have a good, though not stellar, income, and though I'm not a multimillionaire in terms of disposable funds or being able to buy whatever I want, my family and I are comfortable, and very thankful for our blessings

and,

and I'll contribute capital as I am able, and as long as everyone else does likewise.

With all the allegations made against the BoD, surely the war chest should be full to overflowing by now?

If it isn't, there are two probable reasons:

i) the allegations are not factually based and are therefore impossible to substantiate in a court of law;

ii) as you astutely observed in your final paragraph, and in which I also agree, if there is insufficient interest, there will be no effort made --- if the latter, then that means the shareholders are satisfied to do nothing, and that's the way it will be.
