<I interpret this newest filing to mean:

1. TPL is going to settle for chump change.

2. They don't want others to know how little they're settling for and

3. they may be entertaining other business relations w/ HTC which may or may not include PTSC and may or may not have nothing to do w/ the MMP. Which would mean more time/money spent on an agenda that has nothing to do w/ us for which we may be footing half the bill.>

You seem to be under the impression that it is TPL that wants to hide the discussions. You may want to read the motion. It is HTC's motion to seal these docs, not TPL's. Had TPL already requested such settlement documents be placed under seal, why in the world would HTC ask the court again as opposed to just agreeing with our motion?
