I suggest you have a close look at the Alliacense site. TPL does not "own" any patents, unless they fell from Intellysis (and we are not aware, and if they did, they are not among those represented by Alliacense). The other patents they represent are "owned" by others, though TPL may have assigned rights to a portion of those patents (as with the MMP via CM).
