Some of the poster seemed not to be able to recognize what the "other business deal" .. .. Since you seem to be putting word in my mouth here is my thoughts.... We are close to or have a deal with HTC,,, IMHO it is a deal that is good for HTC & Lecky.... he is cash starved... HTC can avoid court expenses and higher cost after our 336 PTO win... Lecky contacts the company about his "flash patents..(I Know TPL does not own them)... This completely seperate from the court case... that is what his lawyer will testify too.... IMHO this cannot be helping our cause... My hope is we get through the PTO... if HTC does settle... I hope it is in the 7 figure range... IMHO... we are turning the corner,,,
