The question of the day seemed to center around Intel customers. And what type of customer will be covered by the Intel agreement, mainly, the IP customer who then goes and manufactures their own chips.
From todays CMC filing:
``These licenses extend to Intel customers with respect to their use of licensed Intel products``
If Banks is correct...what is to stop all the manufacturers you mentioned from going to Intel to license IP that will protect them from NewCo?
I would have to read the AMD deal again, but believe that opens the same senerio...that AMD and Intel would become competitors to our licensing efforts.
Just can`t be ...unless Beatie/Osborn drew up the contracts.
