Can someone provide proof that Greg Baroni is still on the payroll and if he is, what he has been doing to earn his money since Jan 28?

Can someone provide proof that TPL is actively pursing license agreements at this time?

Can someone provide proof that PDSG/Crossflo has emerged better than ever (considering latest release) with the potential for substantial government contracts in 2010?

Can someone provide proof of what Gloria and the rest of the board have been doing, since her 120 day countdown began, to return value to shareholders?

Can anyone show what Mistry alone has contributed to PTSC since elected?

Can anyone show what the rest of the board has done since Jan 28 to justify any money received since that date?

The people who can answer these questions remain conspicuously silent as usual....

Ron....I'm on board with any movement to organize the "lay people" who want more transparency, new board members, changes in by-laws and an increase in shareholder value. My husband and I would contribute to the "war chest" to hire an SEC attorney, based upon a fair and equitable system determined by numbers of shares held by each of us. I think it is totally unreasonable to expect that just because someone may own 8 million shares that they alone should foot the bill for all of us.

If you are ready to put your money where your mouth is then you can vote for this post. I would be more than willing to gather names, addresses, phone numbers and number of shares held and pledged towards the effort and any other info that would be necessary to proceed. You may send me private e-mails with this info which I will save in an excel spread sheet. I am not a lawer, not an accountant, however, I am willing to help in any way that I can.
